hi everybody!

i started indoor- cycling again this saturday (it īs a bit hard after beeing ill for three weeks) and i did some walking (ok, in reality i had to do several errands...) this morning.
hopefully i will be back on the exercise track tomorrow.


great job everybody exercising!!

Okay, I'm going to do it this time! I'm determined to exercise every day. I'm going to walk on the treadmill at least 3 times a week and then do 20 mins of yoga daily.

Kate, I'm so glad you're back, sweetie... You were sick for such a long time!

Marianna, I hope your exams went well! What a relief it must be to have finished them.

Yay, Jodi and Barb! I hope you're both hanging in there, too!

I just got back from my workout. Considering I woke up with a UTI, it went pretty well.
30 minutes on the treadmill including an 18.5 minute run, and a little weight workout.
Oh, and I used my ball the other day. Did some sit-ups and stuff. My stomach muscles are KILLING me!
Going to consume massive quantities of cranberry capsules...

I hope everyone gets some exercise in today!
