DON'T. Keep that wedding dress firmly visualized in your head, and then think of putting it on and it not zipping up!! And think about those 2 pounds and how hard you worked to get them off and how one binge could put them back on.

Try to stop worrying about work (for now) and go for a walk or start reading a book or put in a movie. Anything to get your mind off of food.

Be STRONG!!!!

Hi destinationbride07

Have you already picked out your wedding dress? It may help to keep a picture of that dress on your refrig. or somewhere that you can see it. If not, you can always look at wedding dresses when you get the urge to munch. davidsbridal.com has lots of stuff.

You CAN do this! You will look so gorgeous on your wedding day!!!

If you still feel urges to munch, have you tried sugar free hard candies or gum? Something to keep your mouth busy, without adding the calories. Or maybe a cup of hot tea?

Good luck!

Speaking as someone who almost 15 years ago had to have her wedding dress let out a few days before her wedding, do yourself a favor and stand strong! Wouldn't you rather have to get your dress taken in? You can do this!

I think a hot drink works great, too.
