Default I didn't binge at the baseball game!
I went to see the Royals vs. Blue Jays today (Royals won 13 to 3!!!) and I didn't binge! This is astounding! I usually have all the food planned that I'm going to eat but I only got one polish dog and I shared a funnel cake with my husband. That's all I ate! I usually have food the entire time. I just didn't have that binge/need to eat until I hurt feeling today. Can it be that I'm starting to heal? I'm almost afraid to think that way. Is this a life-long battle?
