Ok, I am back....:^:
I wasnīt able to post in the last days- this muggy, hot weather here set me on a migraine- like headache for two days. My head was hurtung like ****, I was feeling dizzy...all that nice stuff. So I spent the last two days lying in bed or on the couch, waiting for the pain killer to kick in and worry about not being able to learn. :( I hate to admit it, but I ate crappy that days.:( I ate pretty much everything in sight- when I wasnīt feeling sick.:( I am feeling better today. Headaches arenīt totally gone, but itīs ok at the moment. So, I re- start with my journal today and Iīll start learning again this afternoon. I am trying to get back on track with tiny, little steps.... Well, I wasnīt doing great in the last time- but I desperately want to get back! I was feeling so good in the first binge free days/ weeks! And I was loosing weight! Hey, all in all, itīs an easy thing- eat better, schedule the days, do exercises and meditate. AND I WILL MAKE IT!! telemetrynurse& sweat_pea: Ok, itīs silly, but such "good, positive songs" have a huge impact on me: I listen to them during my workout and I listened to them while writing my last essay for University. I LOVE those over- emotional- motivation songs which are played at Olympic games or sports events. For example "Reach" from Gloria Estefan. Or "Proud" from Heather Small. I hope everybody is having a nice Sunday- with some amount of binge free time! Kate |
