Default I'm disgusted with myself.

I feel so disgusted with myself now...I just had way too much to eat for lunch, and I just INHALED it all without even thinking about it! Why do I do this to myself? And how do I stop doing this to myself...it seems like by the time I realize I am doing wrong, it's too late becaues my tummy is full and I am miserable.
And I have lost 39lbs so far, but I can't even feel proud of myself for that...I just expect MORE from myself. I should be happy with a 1lb or 2lb weight loss a week, so why do I feel like starving myself if I haven't lost 4lbs a week? This is just so hard.
Sorry to whine, just having a "fat day".

We all do this sometimes. Even non-compulsive overeaters do this sometimes.

You have made INCREDIBLE progress, BTW.

Why did you inhale? Well, it could be for purely physical reasons: maybe you were just starving. Or it could be you just had a back-to-old-habits moment. Are you currently working on eating slowly/not reading, watching TV, etc. while eating and all that? If so, what I've personally found (thus far in my journey) is that there seem to be "fall back" periods where, ironically, just as you're making the *most* progress you have a momentary slip.

It's almost like the old habits are a defense mechanism or a safety net and we have to know we can still reach for them if we need them.

Your progress is amazing--you should be proud of yourself--I am proud of you just looking at those stats. You had one slip up; no biggie, who's perfect and who would want to be, anyway?

Cassie, sending you a big hug... I know how hard it is... we all do. Just the fact that you're conscious of what you're doing (and not happy about it) and admitting it here is a big first step. It's all about being mindful about what we put into our mouths. That's SUCH hard work, but it really does work.
Hang in there, girl... you're making great progress, and you'll continue to lose!!
