Howdy! I hope everyone had a great weekend? I've already complained about mine on the exercise thread, so I'll shut up now!
More good news to report... it's weird, but the pounds just flippin' rolled off last week. My calorie intake/output was way off base for the amount the scale has moved. I'd be worried that the scale was broken except that it's been okay for hubby's weigh-ins... So anyway, I went from 261 last weekend to 255 by yesterday morning... that's a big drop for me, I have been keeping steady at a pound or two a week. But, I had pizza for dinner last night... evil, evil pizza... and am up two pounds again today, but I'm counting that as sodium/water weight and not fretting about it.
We actually had a nice spring day here in sunny fla today. It has been getting way, way too hot, but we finally got a nice rain on Sunday, so that really cooled things down and today was very pleasant. Very windy, too, though that was nice on my afternoon walk around campus. It's funny how much I've changed since January... I used to never want to stay outside for any length of time. Now I really like it... won't get to do that
too much when summer really hits though... ugh... can't breathe!
So, I guess I should quit rambling, trying to postpone my workout... I'm still very tired. This is the worst TOM I have ever, ever, ever had...
