Hi,

Have you considered using a dvd to start walking inside? I love Leslie Sansone's walking away the pounds. There are threads on 3FC which discuss the different WATP tapes by Leslie Sansone. It may be a good way to get started now instead of waiting for the spring.

You seem to have a great attitude! I know you can do this! You are definitely heading in the right direction by gathering information (your book) and going for support and even more knowledge in 3FC!

Glad to hear you're doing better today!

I've been binge free for pretty much three weeks now. I never over ate all that much, though, except for when I was seriously depressed. I really don't crave sugar like I used to anymore and I'm not so tempted.

Thank you for the tips Elizabeth... Have tried keeping a food journal, but not as faithful when I binged, I don't write it out sometimes. It does gets frustrated. I appreciated your tips and again Thank you for sharing..
