I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in over two weeks - managed to do 34 minutes on the elliptical, but had to be on a very low resistance level. I managed on level 5 for about 15 minutes and then had to bump down to level 3 just so I could breath. Ugh, I am so tired of being sick:( .

2/01 - 35 minutes total - 30 walking; 5 yoga

I'm at 636 minutes of exercise...wow I can't believe I've done that much already...I've been riding my stationary bike on level 1 only I find I can ride faster and get a better workout than when I up the level..also with the level higher it hurts my legs...

Hello and happy Monday to all who sweat! It's always encouraging to see people working toward their goals.

Winter arrived briefly here (we're in a warming trend again and should hit 50 in a few days), with air temps around zero accompanied by our lovable Nebraska winds! Oh, yes -- but spring is getting closer by the day. Hurry, hurry! Let's see if you can get here before winter tries another comeback!

I did an intentional rest day yesterday for the first time in a long while. My body loved it because I've really kicked it up here lately. So I think I'll try to get them in on a regular basis. Here is February so far --
Feb. 1 -- 60 minutes step aerobics
Feb. 2 -- 57 minutes circuit training (high step)
Feb. 3 -- 54 minutes floor aerobics/abs
Feb. 4 -- 69 minutes step aerobics
Feb. 5 -- 46 minutes Pilates
Feb. 6 -- 58 minutes step aerobics
Feb 7 -- 58 minutes The Firm (weights/cardio)
Feb 8 -- 60 minutes step aerobics
Feb 9 -- 55 minutes functional fitness (weights w/cardio)
Feb 10 -- 52 minutes (42 hi-lo aerobics, 10 quick Pilates routine)
Feb 11 -- 78 minutes (40 step aerobics, 38 toning & stretch)
Feb 12 -- 33 minutes cardio dance
Feb 13 -- 54 minutes step aerobics
Feb 14 -- 60 minutes "functional fitness" TLT workout
Feb 15 -- 60 minutes The Firm Super Cardio
Feb 16 -- 58 minutes The Firm/weights
Feb 17 -- 54 minutes (48 high-low aerobics, 6 abs)
Feb 18 -- 82 minutes (42 step aerobics, 40 body toning)
Feb 19 -- REST (intentionally scheduled day)
Feb 20 -- 60 minutes (54 step aerobics, 6 abs -- Cathe)

Everybody keep up the great work!

plb@m 02-20-2006 07:55 PM

Only 20mins today .Don't think I'm going to make my goal ,but I'm going to keep going. Maybe next month I'll start a new one and make it.
