My Dh loves to eat at Chinese Buffets. I am not crazy about the food nor the idea of trying to calculate my WW points. Tonight we went because Applebees was a 35 min wait and Preston was too fussy to wait that long (teething) I promised myself I could do it and not go over my points AND stay away from the little powdered sugar donuts. I DID IT! I went to
www.dwlz.com site and found chinese food points and figured out what I could eat with the points I had left. I filled up on salad first, then had a reasonable amt of rice and chicken w/brocolli. Then I had a little bit of pineapple and jello for dessert--no donut! YAY!!! I really can do this if I put my mind to it!
