I just returned from the gym and 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Dancing Angel - that is good to hear your daughter is doing better. Was this her first time away from home? She is probably just happy to be back with her mom! *** 12/01 - 12/07 - 304 minutes 12/08 - 12/14 - 293 minutes 12/15 - 12/21 - 186 minutes 12/22 - 30 minutes - elliptical 12/23 - 75 minutes total - 35 walking; 40 yoga 12/24 - 45 minutes - elliptical 12/25 - nothing 12/26 - 45 minutes - elliptical 12/27 - 50 minutes - elliptical 12/28 - 40 minutes - yoga 12/29 - 45 minutes - elliptical 12/30 - 79 minutes total - 43 taebo cardio; 36 yoga 12/31 - nothing October = 1176; November = 1235 |
Okay, here we are ending 2005! Congratulations to all who have made a commitment to exercise. I KNOW it is THE magic bullet for getting and keeping weight off. I am, at age 56, way more fit than I have a right to be, considering I spent 45 years abusing my body with food and inactivity. All I have to show for those years is a bit of loose skin and a mildly arthritic knee.
A wise man once said "I am fearfully and wonderfully made." And we all are! No matter our physical condition, we can all start where we are and do what we can. If we will do this faithfully, miracles will follow! Well, I'm preaching to the choir, aren't I? This morning I did Cathe's Low Impact Step (39 minutes) and a QuickFix Stability Ball workout (10) for a total of 49 minutes. My total for December 1 - 30 is 1490 minutes!! So, assuming I work out as planned tomorrow, I will break 1500 for the month. Yay! Have a wonderful day. :newyear: |
