i had a major nsv today!!....i binge under extreme stress or extreme emotional discomfort and i had that today and i wanted to but i didnt!

I started to binge yesterday at McD's after I had just had a huge stress moment and then the women gave me a LArge fries I didn't order....I ate about 15 of them and looked into the box, realized there were about 50 more in there and that there was no way I could eat any more of them...used to be I would have ate all of mine and then polished off what was left of my kids' meals too :-P
