I live in Montgomery, but I can't seem to find a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. Does anyone know of someone, or even just a therapist in the area who you'd recommend?

I don't live in your area but perhaps you can start by calling some local hospitals? Often they have good treatment options. Also The Something Fishy Website http://www.something-fishy.org has a treatment finder and they are an eating disorder recovery website.
