I definitely like some of what was listed above, hummus, cool whip -- but not together!!
I have a lot of weird trigger foods, but I think the weirdest concoction that I have ever made is applesauce with crackers or bread, strange I know, but I really dig it! I also like bread with milk! Well, that's my two cents. :) |

Steamed Broccoli... dipped in mayo & mustard (mixed together). The broccoli isn't bad, but when I drench it in that yummy sauce for an entire broccoli head, things get out of hand.

Terra Chips. Mediterranean style. Oh my goodness, they are made with root vegetables and might as well be crack.

Kebobs. So dumb ar$e only went to Turkey for two weeks.
But survived... |
1. Chocolate chip granola bars (bizarre I know)
2. Peanut butter crackers I can no longer keep those two things in the house... Both seem like "healthy" snack foods but not when you eat six of them in a row! Hahaha. |
CEREAL! My last week consisted of nights spent with peanut butter toast crunch (do not try this-it's new and is crack in cereal form) and Golden Grahams. I'm not eating cereal for a looooonnng time!

mashed potatoes. marshmallows can sometimes be a trigger. they're all pillowy and soft and sweet and it's so easy to eat way too many. |

I've since quit binge eating but it used to be nut butter! I once went through an entire 16oz jar of sunflower seed butter in a day . Lmao. Now I can look back and laugh because I routinely keep almond butter in the house. I just have learned to moderate and not starve myself anymore. :dizzy:

cereal was a horrible one but now Im ok with it i can have one serving and be just fine with that
Skippys Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (only peanut butter ill eat) on Quaker just plain rice cakes. I can not buy it anymore bc I know that I am just an idiot around it lol |
