Talking Can ETL Lead to Vegetable Binging?

Since I was successful doing the Eat to Live 6-week Holiday Challenge last year, I've decided to adopt the program again and see if I can make it a permanent life-style change. My plan is to clean out the refrigerator and kitchen cupboards at the end of this week and make a grocery list. I'll start the program on Sept. 1. Let's hope I can finally learn to binge on lettuce.

I may have eaten a huge whole head of steamed cauliflower with just salt and pepper on one occasion. (The terrible tummy ache that followed made that a rather bad idea, regardless of calories).
