Default The Fast Food Binge

I think about in the drive through at mcdonalds......

Why is this wait in the drive through worth it?
No...I won't get fries, instead I'll get one double cheeseburger AND one chicken sandwich. What a deal for $2
But I still want fries
maybe I should just leave. Am I really hungry?

::suddenly, the car line starts moving::

Oh good, it's picking up. Now....
No, I do want fries, but only a small fry. And maybe 1 small diet coke.
Maybe I should just leave. I know this never ends well...

::getting up to the speaker::

"Yes, I would like 1 double cheeseburger, 1 McChicken sandwich, 1 small fry, and 1 small diet coke."

"That will be $5.00. 2nd window please"

After I inhale every ounce of fastfood goodness, I feel gross and disgusting and just want to pretend I never ate it. Maybe I should throw it back up? (lol).

How about next time, just drive past. Not putting it in me means I don't have the weight of the stress.

Drive through binges are more then just the calories. I mentally stress about it when I'm done.

Make this week a NO FAST FOOD week!

Get a plain hamburger and a bottled water... No fries... No soda... That's it... If you can't do that and you find yourself asking "What's the point?"... Well then you have your answer... and you probably should just put your car in drive and keep moving...

Yeah. I always do well on diets, but when I can't do it anymore I find myself on a fastfood binge. That's my weakness unfortunately...salty high fat foods.

This week will be a no fast food week. Nothing. Not even salads. The temptation is just too great.

No fast food binges for me this week!

I've never been a huge fast food fan. When I was a kid I went through a period of time where I refused to eat it. I do crave it when I'm stressed, but I usually get a small serving. My big problem is sweet fatty foods like chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, cakes and cookie.

Either way, it's evil.

Still doing my carrot dance...no fast food, and it's Tuesday! I'm not even taking DD out to get chic filet. Maybe after a couple of weeks and i can resist the temptation. I'll eat before I go in so I won't want anything....

I keep telling myself...size 8 pants feel better then how those waffle fries taste.

Size 8 forever...waffle fries for a moment. (that is me killing my craving)
