Last time I was down 11 pounds (I only weigh in every two weeks) this week, just two weeks later, I was back up to the original plus a pound. I am so devistated. I wonder, did I get too confident seeing that loss? I am going to hit it with a vengence. I am so sick of feeling this way about myself. I need success.
What was different about your diet and workouts over the last two weeks that would have caused you to gain 12 pounds? I hate to be blunt, but unless you were eating like an absolute COW the last two weeks I don't see how it could be real fat gain...
Are you possibly bloated, retaining water, or approaching TOM? Have you had a BM today?
I agree with Joss, you need to analyze your behavior these past two weeks and figure out what could have caused the weight gain. If TOM is approaching, gaining a few pounds is natural. How about weighing in once per week, just to have better control over your progress.
