Slowly, but surely I have been making incremental progress.
Super excited to report a NSV that is a major milestone for me....I have been keeping food in the house for ~2weeks and still havent had any temptation to binge!
I started with low risk staples (raw fish, cooking spray, veggies) and now even have cheese, peanut butter, berries and other similar things without having any issues or problems.
Was dark times there for a few months and very much appreciate the support I received from this board to turn it all around. Wanted to make sure I shared in the success, since you all helped me get here!
