Late Night Eatting
I am not sure why but late at night is when I feel the need to eat or snack on things...I really do not like snacking and eatting late but it happens. I feel like the food is there teasing me Ugh... Does anyone eles do this? Is there any advice to help me NOT want to eat/snack late? Im going to start running on the treadmill everyday I know your not supposed to run everday (or somthing like that) but I feel like im always gaining weight and I really really do not want to gain weight ive lost. :(

You can run every day if you don't overdo it, but it might be good to change it up because it gets monotonous and boring after a while.
Not sure what to suggest about night eating...brush your teeth, go to bed stupidly early, drink mint tea/chew minty gum? |

I save the most of my calories for later at night as well! And if there's ever a time I want to mindlessly eat, I just browse 3FC instead. Always motivates me. :)
