Default Late Night Eatting

I am not sure why but late at night is when I feel the need to eat or snack on things...I really do not like snacking and eatting late but it happens. I feel like the food is there teasing me Ugh... Does anyone eles do this? Is there any advice to help me NOT want to eat/snack late? Im going to start running on the treadmill everyday I know your not supposed to run everday (or somthing like that) but I feel like im always gaining weight and I really really do not want to gain weight ive lost.

You can run every day if you don't overdo it, but it might be good to change it up because it gets monotonous and boring after a while.

Not sure what to suggest about night eating...brush your teeth, go to bed stupidly early, drink mint tea/chew minty gum?

Why fight your natural inclination? Save the bulk of your daily calories for later when you know your body is craving, i've lost nearly 200 pounds since i stopped fighting my body, i eat late every single night, used to fight against it and lose obviously.

I save the most of my calories for later at night as well! And if there's ever a time I want to mindlessly eat, I just browse 3FC instead. Always motivates me.
