Cheese, Milk, and nuts....I'm in trouble every time.

Hot Pockets, burritos, pizza, soda... all of them are my vices. I also have a habit of going to Japanese restaurants with friends and eating $40 worth of sushi... which is way too much for one person. Sometimes I get sick I eat so much of it.

Bread, nuts, any salty/greasy snack (potato chips, cheetos, etc) are all binge foods for me. Really fatty foods (cheeseburger, pizza with extra cheese) numb me and most of the time when I binge it is to numb my pain and anger.

Oh man, I could quote part of all of the posts so far and agree with them!
My personal worsts: Mashed potatoes from Popeye's, Samoas Girl Scout Cookies, Oreos, Funyuns, very sugary cereals (think Cap'n Crunch, Reese's Puffs, Fruity Pebbles), peanut butter, Cheetos, the Bloomin' Onion from Outback Steakhouse (I could probably put away more than one of those bad boys if my shame didn't prevent me from doing so). Junk, junk, and more junk! |
Breads, I love bread, especially freshly-baked, flaky dutch-crusted french bread. We are a bread-loving family here and could put away two new baguettes in a day.
It has also been a month since I had any soda pop, but at my worst, I would drink one after the other like it was the new water. |
