hi. im new here and not sure if im in the right place.
i think i have a problem with overeating.when i come in from work i seem to loose control and just eat lots of junk food.i try to ignore the cravings but they get worse and i give in. its not unusual for me to eat a few chocolate bars,cake or buns,crisps,approx 10 biscuits,sweets and sometimes cheese or ham all in one sitting.
in work if theres any biscuits etc i wait until the staff room is empty before i eat them and instead of taking 1 i take about 4.
would be grateful of any advice and support.
