After work the house was empty, and the pan of blonde brownies I made the hubby last night was on the stove...I said NO! (it wasn't easy, brownies are one of my faves) Opened the fridge to look for a snack, avoided the leftover nacho salad and other fatty junk.
Instead I had some cottage cheese and crushed pineapple with a diet pepsi.

and it was satisfying, sweet, and just enough.
