I haven't had ice cream at all D: and I deeply madly crave it.

I went the whole week without going into the bakery right next door to my apartment building. This is truly an acheivement for me. yay! ^.^

I said no to rice cooked in lots of oil last night, and stuck to my meal plan. :)

I said No to the most beautiful piece of cheesecake at work yesterday and then made excuses to leave the dining room so I wouldnt have to see the enjoyment on everyone elses faces as they were eating it :cp:

A coworkers mom owns a bakery, so they bring stuff in all the time, So I always joke with them that they're trying to sabotage me, lol. |
This week I said no pretty consistently to that poor woman in my head that tells me to pull over when I pass the Taco Bell.

I haven't had to say no as far as food. Need to go grocery shopping. But, this morning, I was so sore and didn't want to workout. I thought about how easy it would to go back to my old routines but I said no! I did a good 40 minute workout. Woo! :carrot:

LLBold...that's a hard one!!! I was taking cookies out of the oven at work today and was so tempted.
But I said no! I thought about them for two hours afterward, but didn't touch them. :D |
Arty, Seriously, doesn't saying "no" feel better after the fact? I just thought about my little Chocolate Vitatop Muffin with whip cream I was planning for dinner... how good it would taste and how much better all those vitamins and fiber would be for me. :-)

I said no to sleeping in this morning, and was at the gym before 7 AM. 8 kilometers on the elliptical later, I feel tired but great! Time for coffee!

I dont usually post but im so freaking proud of myself i cant help it! :D
We usually have takeaways several night per week, this week i have cooked monday to sunday and stayed on plan entirely. Sunday night we had a chicken breast shish kebab and salad as a treat and drank water all evening, and felt great. Would usually have had a pizza and bottle of wine. |
After work the house was empty, and the pan of blonde brownies I made the hubby last night was on the stove...I said NO! (it wasn't easy, brownies are one of my faves) Opened the fridge to look for a snack, avoided the leftover nacho salad and other fatty junk.
Instead I had some cottage cheese and crushed pineapple with a diet pepsi. :D and it was satisfying, sweet, and just enough. |
Today I said no to having pasta for dinner and stuck to my meal plan instead. :D

I've said no all week to the box of hostess cupcakes on top of the refrigerator.

I know this might seem silly, but I've said "no" to going to the grocery store and buying a cake. It's been on my mind for a week but I'm still strong. :)

I said no to pizza (when I was starving and that was the quickest and easiest option) and I also said no to Pepsi. Instead I had a grilled chicken salad and water!

Fresh baked Apple Strudel. I went to get fresh bread from the bakery and saw it there, almost calling my name. I quickly paid for my bread and got out of there. I know that pastries are weakness for me, I'm going to avoid bakeries for awhile I think to avoid any temptation.
