So I binged again after 2 week of cutting off all sugar. I was feeling so good and loosing weight, I don't know why I do this .
I know its bad for me and I still doing it knowingly. But now the main problem is tomorrow is my complete annual physical exam. I have stopped eating 12 hours before as directed, but I am soo full because of binging.
Also, I have PCOS. Now I am worried that this binge will alter my physical test results. Do you think so?

Perhaps the blood sugar reading, but the rest ought to be a reflection of your past, not the last few hours.
If it was a sweets binge, it sounds like heart hunger. You are probably eating away the anxiety of the check up. Not that this is a good thing, but it helps to pinpoint the why of emotional eating.
