Default How Do You Get Motivated?

So for the past couple of days I have had zero motivation to do ANYTHING at all. In honesty, it took more than a little persisting for me to get out of bed and clean the house. And on Friday during classes I could hardly focus on anything at my desk, which normally is what I'm best at! On top of this, I haven't really dieted at all in the past few weeks. Sweets, fast food, ect. I haven't exercised much either, but I've somehow lost weight... Somehow or another this has killed me into not trying at all in the diet/healthy realm of life. And now its affected me entirely, loosing every bit of motivation... I hate this. :[

So my real question is, how do you guys get motivated? How do you overcome things of this nature, whether its dieting, work, school, ect. I need some boosting tips!

Have you talked to your doctor about it? You may have a hormone imbalance or depression. When I feel good, I'm more motivated. I know that I get depressed from time to time and don't feel like doing things around the house or even keep myself looking good.

For me, my motivation is not gaining. As long as I maintain, I am ok with that. I go walking any chance I can - breaks at work, lunches, after work. With my height and weight, I burn 50 calories in a 15 minute walk. That can add up with 3-4 15 minute walks - you've already burned 100 calories.

Also, think to yourself things like - is eating that cookie really worth having to do a half hour on the treadmill? or would I rather eat an orange and feel good about the half hour on the treadmill?

that helps me.
