I took topiramate and I went from 160 to 120 pounds. However, this is a drug that is known for making people "skinny and stupid." My father said I acted like a kid while I was taking it. Did you try Wegovy? I read good feedback but haven't used it yet. What was your experience? Is it really helpful?
