Default Just need to let it out!

Willpower fading fast. Want to bag my head against something.

I only got my husband's snacks this week (individual small bags of mass-produced potato crunchies; I'm not sure if they're really-real-for-real potatoes), but he ran out. I needed to pop to the grocery to get a few things for the house (dishwashing powder, paper towels-- mostly of non-food items), so he asked if I could grab him some. No worries, I can usually stroll down the chip aisle no sweat. I rarely buy myself chips and buy grainy-snack crackers (80 calories per individual bag).

Except today.

Lunch didn't do much for me today; a ham and swiss sandwich. I wasn't hungry, but I most definitely was NOT satisfied. I eyeballed the chips I put in the trolly for DH and thought "one small bag won't hurt". Except one "small bag" of DH's chips turned into me buying a bag of tortilla chips and a bag of pork crackle. The pork crackle (thankfully) is a single serve; still high in calories. The tortilla isn't. Now, I felt that I did good when I had just a handful of tortilla chips.

And I felt better afterwards.

Back on the bandwagon starting now. I hate when this happens.

that's it... get back on it tomorrow and move on! don't let a little slip up spiral out of control, you'll be fine.

not much harm done... just remember that feeling you get after eating what you're not supposed to it and try to remember it next time you get an urge to eat something you're not supposed to.
