I just wanted to introduce myself here. Basically it all started after the birth of my first child. He was in the hospital a lot and I found that eating a lot helped my emotions for a bit. I always promised to start my diet "tomorrow" and so I felt I needed to eat anything/everything so I could get it all out of my system. Yeah...that worked real well! Anyway, I'm finding myself in the same pattern again. From August till yesterday I have been eating a lot every night. Today is the first time I haven't done that. But it's been extremely hard so I'm distracting myself on here
I know it will get better, but these first few days will be tough!
