punished self with binge.... gah....

  • It's okay- next time you won't binge
  • PLEASE don't say that you hate yourself!!! You slipped, made a mistake...it happens! People that develop these bingeing problems don't just recover from it over night. It takes time and effort because it's NOT easy! But the ONE thing you must not do is put yourself down. Hating yourself or telling yourself that you are weak and can't do it, ect is what perpetuates the cycle of emotional and bingeeating. Just tell yourself that you had a bad and tomorrow you will try to do better. Eventually, hopefully, you will start to get in a pattern where thinking positively leads to you not bingeing. Best of luck to you, you can do it girl!!!

  • It's okay--you slipped up a bit, that's all. Give yourself a break; it happened and it is over. The most important thing you can do right now is get right back on track. If you do, this one binge will matter not in the least. If you don't get back on track, then the binge matters a lot.

Don't hate yourself; love yourself enough to keep on going.

  • I love what jrmohr said: "Don't hate yourself; love yourself enough to keep going on."

I know you can get back on track! No regrets, only learning experiences, right? I know you can do it, girly! <3

    GREAT POST!!!

listen to these words and keep them present in your subconscious and remember that after all is said and done one bad meal or a deviations from your diet is only one out of what? 42 meals over the course of the week? don`t make a huge fuss over it and above all don`t let it bring you down into that spiral of self destruction.
just get back on track and resume your program.
    Stay strong and love yourself.
