Hi All...I'm slowly coming out of a depression due to my brother's death.

I was given this Tea at a get together (and I don't like Tea) BUT it's really good!

Zero Calories.

If you' Low Carbing it the Honey might be a little set back but that doesn't stop me froon drinking it.

It actually curbs my hunger pangs.

Thought some would like to know about this and it can be purchased at WalMart's..and it's not expensive!

It would be a nice treat to replace water at a meal.

I discovered this drink a few years ago and that was all I drank for a while, it's yummy and refreshing. I forgot all about it until I saw your post... I'm headed to the store right now.

They sell it at Aldi's stores too..... I just found it last week! Love it! I'm not a big fan on the diet pop (1 maybe every other day) because of all the negative thoughts on it... and Crystal Light is great but man it's nice to switch it up a bit now and then!
