Angie, I know how you feel. I wake up and the first thing I think about is eating. What can I eat, what can't I eat, am I going to eat too much today, am I going to binge, is it going to be good day? All that in about 5 seconds. I know why I eat, basically. There are things in my life I need to change, but until I do that I have to learn how to not eat myself to death. I do not know what is going on in your life, but maybe there is something that the food is helping you cope with. I know journaling helps alot of people.
