I saw you are struggling to get a plan for the grocery store. It is hard to go in without a plan.
I would check out the Weight Watchers site for some Core recipes or look on the core board (sometimes people post their menus and they are generally great!). If you can get the Core food list bring that with you. They are all foods that keep you satisfied with not a huge amount of calories for what you are getting out of it.
You need healthy food to be able to nourish your body. Shop the outside of the grocery store and only go into the middle for planned stuff: canned tuna, rice, beans, tomatoes, spices) then get out of there! The only stuff you really need is produce, whole grains, lean meats, dairy and maybe some frozen veggies and fruits to add to your cart.
I need to have be eating a balanced diet in order to get over a binge. I hope today is a better day for you.
