Day 4 complete. Today is the challenge: lunch out with DH and I usually have 1 or 2 glasses of wine. I've already decided to skip that and have San Pellegrino water instead. Tonight at the bar I hope to do the same.

Wow talk about a sign! Well today is my tough day too. Out to breakfast in just a few minutes then this afternoon rodeo with family the rest of the day...with hot dog, burgers and fries as temptations. I will be ok though on the alcohol side I think. Hubby is right there with me and is supporting me by not drinking either

OK here I am the last day of the one week challenge for me and I have made it without my wine...big deal for me! I have also stayed in my point range. I a bit worried for today because it is the family bbq but I am bringing my salmon and FF veggie dip, I will only take a bit of my mom's famous potato salad and my sisters cheese ball and I should be ok

I failed. Friday's lunch was okay without wine, but we went to the bar and I ended up getting not one but two drinks. I think I'll just go back to weekend cocktails and leave the weekdays dry.

sounds like you have a workable plan for you. Well I made it through the family picnic and had a great time without any wine. We all spent time joking and playing around as we put together the new gas grill my mother bought so we could cook our dinner lol
