Well I feel awful! I had a mini binge yesterday. :( But I'm in for a binge-free Wed!!

Thanks Spoz! I did well yesterday and seeing as how I can't seem to stay on track unless I post here, I'm declaring Thursday a binge free day too!

Hey leelily, hope you had a great binge-free day! I'm at work today so I should be fine but sometimes when I come home I go absolutely crazy... so this will be the tesing day. I figure if I cook a nice meal when I get home rather than something small and quick it might keep the munchies away.
