I'm on a ~20 lb weightloss journey that began about 2 weeks ago with calorie counting and some good old fashioned sweat. I'm about 4 lbs down and feeling better about myself but mannnnnnn is it difficult to keep up the motivation to get my butt to the gym!
In high school I was constantly active, playing up to 3 sports at a time (soccer, track, volleyball). . but now I'm approaching my senior year of college and have become a lot less active and a lot more keen on alcohol!! I have 20 more lbs of fat on my usually muscular frame to show for it
