I'm on day #5 binge free and on a 1700 cal eating plan, but am feeling uncomfortable and bloated. I feel like I've gained, even though I know there's no way that's possible.
So now am getting ready to go to work and there are some funky feelings between myself and four other native English speaking colleagues. I had a weird situation yesterday and didn't realize until about an hour later that I had been snacking off-plan and the stressful occurrence was likely the trigger.
So yeah, I just want to get this out there in general. (debated about putting it in the OA forum, but am hoping that all CIC peeps can relate to these feeling.)
Will not allow this situation to throw me off plan. Nope. Not happening.
