Exclamation Losing Control..

Hey ppl, well...im trying to stay in control, im following a strict diet, and im very good during the week, i get up go to gym go to work then classes and im fine, I eat every 3 hours so I dont get hungry and drink plenty of water! Then the weekend arrives ( cue the scary music) and its like I go B-A-N-A-N-A-S!!! And all I want to eat is mnm´s and make my fantastic lasagna that my fiance adores...and spoil all my hard work. Sucks..

I have similar problems with weekends. The problem is that our routine usually changes drastically on those days.

I've recently begun to plan out my meals on Friday night for both all day Saturday & Sunday. This has helped. Also, making sure that I schedule in some exercise-time. So even if I do end up going a little crazy at least I've moved some.

Plan your weekends. Make sure they have some form of routine. It will help!

"Strict" diet? I don't like the sounds of that... ever consider that maybe your diet during the week is too strict? Having an overly strict diet during the week is usually a major set-up for weekend binges.
What is a typical eating day like/do you allow yourself occasional treats during the week?

If the above turns out not to be the case, I also second the idea of planning out your weekends.

Any way, whatever the case, good luck with conquering your weekend problem.
