Default PMS - What am I craving?

HELP!!! I get extreme cravings every month. Last night and today are the day this month

The rest of the month, I am typically not too hungry. I get the boredom cravings, but can usually squash them with water and tea. But every month, my body goes crazy and can't get filled up. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can stop the madness?

In JAN I quit Diet Coke. In FEB I quit sugar and fried foods. So this month I am craving nuts, raisins and whole wheat bread. AND I want quantity, even when I am sure that my body isn't hungry. HELP!!!

Thanks!

I take vitamins and I'm not really hungry so much as wanting to eat. it's very bizaar. So eating something that makes me full - doesn't stop the cravings

OY!

I don't know if it's the flavor or the act of eating that you're craving more... but if it's the former, then raisins, nuts and whole wheat bread are great things to snack on as long as you can stop after a small helping. For me, raisins are a really hard thing to stop eating, but it might be different for you?
