HELP!!! I get extreme cravings every month. Last night and today are the day this month
The rest of the month, I am typically not too hungry. I get the boredom cravings, but can usually squash them with water and tea. But every month, my body goes crazy and can't get filled up. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can stop the madness?
In JAN I quit Diet Coke. In FEB I quit sugar and fried foods. So this month I am craving nuts, raisins and whole wheat bread.
AND I want quantity, even when I am sure that my body isn't hungry. HELP!!!
