Default Mest Up Bad!!

I completely mest up. I want to lose weight so bad. But Yesterday I didn't exercise and I totally binged!! i did so well the first day. How can I get threw this dieting and exercising when I give in so easy to food. Please give me some tips before I end up bigger then I already am!!

You haven't messed up that badly. You know what your goal is and how to get there. If you are going to make changes to your lifestyle it might be better to not think about "getting through" diet and exercise. These will be changes you'll need to make for the rest of your life. To attain the healthy lifestyle you want to have, it's just a matter of making small changes one at a time. If you're like a lot of people, these will be changes that will make you feel better and you will want to make more of them. Baby steps.

Please dont let one day put you off!! Ditto greeneggsandtam, this is a lifestyle thing, not just a quick fix. Slow and surely wins the race!! Take it each day at a time, before you know it you will have gone a week without binging, dont be hard on yourself, we all slip up every now and again on this journey, the key is to pick yourself up again and not let it spiral out of control again!! Good luck! You can do this!!

There are loads of "tips" as to how to lose weight, but on their own, are no good. What's needed for healthy, sustained weightloss is a longterm change in attitude and behaviours.

It seems to be that those who focus on feeling better and being healthy do better longterm than those who think purely in terms of either weight or appearance. Other important things include forgiving yourself for slipups so that they don't turn into *ive blown it!* binges, and getting yourself to enjoy exercise so you do it daily as automatically as brushing your teeth..I find brisk walking fits this requirement!

Weightloss starts in the head and the attitude. You've gotta believe you can do it.

Don't be so hard on your self remember when you learned how to ride a
You fell off and got back up and fell off again and so on. This is the same thing Tomorrow you get to start all over again. You can do this .When we go off course we are just practicing. So keep at it and remember Rome was not built in a day? I will be for ya.

Sometimes I feel like I am falling off the stupid bicycle every damn day of my life. When does it ever stop? I guess if you dont try though, you can expect to NEVER see results. Where as if you try, fail, try, fail, try......you may get somewhere....
