I can sympathise with you totally on this. It's so difficult when the people around you are ordering pizzas/take aways at 3am whilst sitting on the sofa watching tv. Why do these people not seem to put on weight!!! Stress is also a big factor, i agree. So little time, so many things to do, no time to cook, order a takeaway. It's a vicious cycle. Although when i first moved to uni i lost 2 stone due to depression. But i never want that to happen again :(
