I just wanted to share...
I'm on my fourth day binge free!

We went out last night, but even with alcohol in my system, I was ok.
I'm feeling really strong and determined
A few things that have helped me is snacking on fruit, only allowing myself one snack after dinner and not eating after 7 pm, and trying on my bikini
I've also gone through two donut Fridays at work without eating one, and I've only had one lollipop in the three weeks I've worked there (my boss has a huge container in his office).
I'm really going to put food in its place this time!
