Binge free Week, Feb. 12 start

  • This is a thread to challenge ourselves to remain binge free for one week. Some of us make it, and some of us don't, but we all give it our best effort. It doesn't have to be an entire week. Some of us take it hour-by-hour. Whatever you can do, come here to share your successes and your struggles. Together, we are all stronger!

    Please refrain from mentioning any specific foods because it sets some people off on a binge. If you feel the need to mention food, head on over to Cyber Purgers and confess away.

    This is a thread open to all, don't hesitate to jump in anytime!!! Newbies are very much welcomed!!!

    Since I'm posting, how ironic it is for me to be able to actually report a GOOD day! No bingeing, no restricting -- a nice, healthy balance.

  • Okay, I'm in. I tried last week and did OK-a few bumps in the road, but I feel good this week...went to the gym yesterday, going again today.

    Thanks again to everyone for being awesome!!!
  • Umm...I'm in too!!! But we have to forget yesterday happened because...well...things were just not so good! But I just got my workout in for today...I feel strong...I feel confident that the rest of my week will be normal and in control! We can do this!!!
  • Okay I fell off the wagon for a very...very...VERY long time! But I'm back! I'm going to be a good girl! I swear! At least I'm going to do my best!
  • I'm in. I'm doing okay right now, with eating/binging... But it's always the weekends that get me. I just get so bored and lonely, I usually resort to that old consort; food.

    Hope everyone is doing well right now.
  • Ok I had a few bad days. Today is my first day binge free.. count 1 for me

    Yesterday was my first day binge free. So I'm about to be going on day 3!

    I've been good for three days...

    My goal is to make it thru this weekend, after that I think I will officially be back on the wagon.

    I am--get this--- on day 25! binge/purge free!
    I have been seeing an ed therapist and it has been very helpful......I really have a lot of unravelling of issues to deal with still though....

  • I had a mini binge (around 500 calories) yesterday so today i'm back to day 1

    i ate very low cal today and i upped my exercise... not too healthy i know :/

    anyways, congrats to everyone who is doing well!
