Binge free=Huge loss!!
Last week, january 8-14, I did not binge eat for the first time and tried to watch my portions and calories. As a result of this, I lost 17 lbs. in 1 week. NO JOKE! I weighed several times because I couldn't believe this. I am so thrilled. :carrot:

Congratulations Megan! I know that you're very proud, and that is a tremendous amount of weight to lose at once! Now I'm sure that you'll have plenty of incentive to continue through to the next week!
I also managed to stay OP and binge-free for the entire week last week and had a major weight loss. (Of course, I was doing week 1 of the Atkins program where a huge weight drop is expected.) But it's thrilling, isn't it? I'm very pleased for you and hope that you have a lot of strength and success in the coming week! :wizard: Barb |
