You've come to a great place for advice, support & encouragement!

I love salad for lunch. I make a salad in the morning before leaving for work & keep a bottle of dressing in the fridge at the office. My salad is usually romaine lettuce with cut up raw zucchini or cucumber, broccoli, cheese, and I add either grilled chicken or a scoop of tuna salad or faux potato salad

If you'd be interested, I can PM you a great recipe website with lots of fantastic recipes, many that are suitable for Induction.

my old standbye was salmon patties, a boiled egg, an oz of cheese, and a bowl of broccoslaw. This was good for my day, lunch and 2 snacks.
