It's hot and I want to look better in my swimsuit. So decided to create a challenge. A small one for me anyway. Maybe that'll help me keep on track. Anyone else can join and are welcome

OK what the heck. I've made myself a one month goal which ends on Aug 7 for 7 lbs so I'll say 5 lbs by AUG 1
I've been losing pretty slow so I'm not shooting to high!

It's so hot here in Wisconsin...I don't even want to move to get dressed let alone exercise!
Hi Brenda, I would love to join this challenge. The beginning of Aug is when I start back to work (teaching), I would love to go back lower then when I left. I find challenges helpful. I am going to start another one, in addition to this one (100 days cheat free).
My goal for Aug 1, is to be under 160. that will be a 7 pound loss for me.
ok 1 lb down 4 to go. I'm feeling ok about it because I didn't exercise like I should have and I lost 3 last week, so I didn't expect much. It's still possible to meet my goal if I kick it up a knotch!
