Question Why is this happening to me??

I have jsut started my 4th week today. (lost 15lbs so far! ) I have done great the first 3 weeks as far as hunger is concerned atually always felt full, even had to make myself eat dinner a few nights. Since yesterday, however, I have been starving. It seems I am always looking for a snack (cheese stick, egg) I am just really hungry and even a bit more tired than usually. It's been really hard trying to stay out of the kitchen!
Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

This could be a lot of things, it could mean you're getting ready to start your period, that you're stressed, many many things. Try upping the water intake and eating more protein and see if this helps.

Default Hidden Carbs Maybe?

I have only been low-carbing for a few weeks, so I'm no expert....but from what I've read, you may have unknowingly eaten something higher in carbs. That would cause the tiredness and the cravings. Just remember if you've eaten anything different recently and avoid that food if this is the case. Whether this is the problem or not, just hang in there...it will pass!!!!

I've watched my friends who don't have a weight problem over the years, and that's how they are. Some days they eat very little, others are "big eating" days, so I think it's just normal. As I've done Atkins and got in the habit of listening to my body, I find I've become the same way

I graze all day long -- it seems like I'm either always eating or always drinking water.

If you are hungry, eat. I lost all my weight doing just that. If I feel like eating, I have some form of protein and don't worry about it.

Thanks all! Yes, today I was back to my old self of not being hungry. Strange, but I do think it was something I ate. On the other side of that now, today I had a 2 egg omelete for breakfast, atkins breakfast bar for lunch and then a chicken breast sauteed with zuchinni in a bit of teriyaki sauce for dinner (and I could have actually done without the dinner!) I don't think that I ate enough amd here i sit trying to get down my last to glasses of water.
