I have jsut started my 4th week today. (lost 15lbs so far!
) I have done great the first 3 weeks as far as hunger is concerned atually always felt full, even had to make myself eat dinner a few nights. Since yesterday, however, I have been starving. It seems I am always looking for a snack (cheese stick, egg) I am just really hungry and even a bit more tired than usually. It's been really hard trying to stay out of the kitchen!
Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?
