I only want to lose between 10-15 pounds... any advise?
I love Atkins (did it in the past) because it allows me to eat the same foods my fiancee loves... and I did lost a great deal of weight in the past with this diet

You know Atkins works. Eat clean (no products, shakes, "low carb" candy etc.) drink your water, take your vitamins & get some form of exercise...those 10-15 lbs will come off in no time!
Oh thanks so much, I heard the less you have to lose the harder it is, but anyhow I will exercise and wont weight myself every day. My next weight-in is on May 8th. My breakfast was 2 eggs fried on OO. I will get some chicken for lunch and probably some ground meat and salad for dinner with olive oil as a dressing.
How much did you loose in induction?
