My name is Tamika and I have 2 kids. I have a 20 month old and a 2 year old. They are 11 months apart so I never got a chance to loose the weight from my 1st pregnancy. I was already overweight to begin with. I am currently around 215 and I want to get down to 135. I am going to start induction tomm!! I am really excited about finally being able to get control of my weight!! I look forward to getting to know you all!!

Congrat's on starting the Atkins plan. It has been a true god-send for me. I have tried about every imaginable "diet" and always had a hard time sticking to them. This has been the easiest way for me to lose weight and still feel like I am getting enough food, and healthy food to boot.
