Well I decided to commit to a better life style and come back.
I have really been struggling to get my "snacking" under control.
There for awhile it DID get the best of me. And I needed to take some MUCH needed reflective time to think about WHY I sabotage myself.
And I guess I think it is OK to fall off the wagon as Long as I GET BACK on as soon as I fall off.
I have PCOS and I want a baby; I just need to remind myself of that fact more often..
So here it goes.
Tomorrow will be my first day on phase one..
