Side effects from the transition from glucogen to ketosis...
Nausea, headache, muscle aches, weakness, feeling cold and clammy, feeling icky like you're coming down with something. When you clear your body of sugar and starch and start burning fat the side effects go away (seems to take 2-3 days).
Once you're officially IN Ketosis, you'll feel amazingly energized and relaxed. Your urine and breath may begin to smell funny, but it's not always the same for everyone.
